Ordering Process
- Call 832-598-1758 for your mug order. We need to confirm details before you make the payment.
- Email feifantx@gmail.com with your logo/picture or the words you want to put on the mug. Please indicate your order number or the registered email.
- We will email you the proof before it goes into production.
- Turnaround is normally 5-10 business days.
- After the order is ready, we will email you and make appointment for you to pick up from one of our two conveniently located offices.
Minimum order of 20. Order will be ready for local pickup 5-10 business days after confirmation of design.
We do not do rush orders and we do not ship. Local pickup only.
